Placing second in the pool put the Patriots in the championship pool against the winner of the other pool Mt. Zion Eagles. Paulding beat the Eagles 54-18 putting them in the finals versus Model again for first place. The team took home the first place trophy defeating Model 48-36 in the finals winning 7 of 11 matches scoring falls in all 7 matches.

This past weekend’s tournament was a great success for the Patriot Wrestling Team and was all because of the hard work and enough from the athletes and coaches. The Patriots are back in action Tuesday November 20 at West Forsyth for their Thanksgiving Duals Tournament. Wrestling starts at 9am.
